At Pictorino, we stand behind the quality of our AI-generated headshots. We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee that allows you to try our service risk-free. Not happy with your results? Get a full refund within 7 days if you've generated 10 or fewer photos - no questions asked.
Eligibility for Refunds
✓ Eligible for Refund:
- Purchase made within the last 7 days
- Generated 10 or fewer photos
- Model training completed (yes, even after training!)
- Not satisfied with the quality
⚡ How It Works:
You can train your model and generate up to 10 photos to test the quality. If you're not satisfied within 7 days, we'll refund your purchase - no questions asked.
✗ Not Eligible for Refund:
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- Generated more than 10 photos
- Credit packs (separate from model training)

Not Satisfied With Your Results?
If you've generated more than 10 photos or it's been more than 7 days, you're not eligible for an automatic refund. However, we still care about your satisfaction. Please contact us at support@pictorino.com. Our team will work with you to:
- Provide tips for better results
- Offer additional generation credits in certain cases
- Help troubleshoot any issues you experienced
Important: What Happens After a Refund
Please note: Upon processing your refund:
- Your AI model will be permanently deleted
- All generated photos will be removed from our servers
- You will lose access to your model and won't be able to generate additional photos
- Any remaining credits will be forfeited
How to Request a Refund

- Include your order number and purchase date
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
- We'll process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days
Credit Pack Refunds
Credit packs are non-refundable once any credits have been used. Unused credit packs may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been consumed. The 10-photo trial period applies only to model training purchases, not credit packs.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new policy.
